null	310eb07b9b	refactor(server): migrate trackerService to TypeScript (.cts) ... The tracker aggregation core (getTracker, safe-to-spend, bank tracking, overdue count). Aggregation-heavy so money helpers are plain-required (any) to avoid Dollars|null arithmetic friction, matching analyticsService. Behavior-preserving.
