Problem

The Home page Trust Signals section displays Certification #25432 for the 8x8 partnership. This number does not appear on the original queuenorth.com site and appears to be a fabricated placeholder.

Displaying an unverified certification number could be misleading and potentially fraudulent if not accurate.

Decision needed

If this is a real 8x8 certification number, verify it and keep it
If it is a placeholder, remove it until the real number can be confirmed

Fix

Either replace with the real certification number or remove the line entirely.

Closed on the owner's instruction, 2026-09-10. The work was already done: 'yes, remove it' on 2026-05-18, and the number came out of src/pages/Home.jsx the next day in de61d5e (git log -S25432 shows it added in 7c145bc on 05-17 and removed in de61d5e on 05-18). Verified against production today: 0 occurrences of 25432 on /, /about, /services, /industries, /contact or /support, and git grep finds it only in docs/history/BATCH_LEDGER.md, which is an archived record of the batch. The Home trust signals now show the 8x8 Certified Partner and Cisco Partner marks and the SBA veteran-owned badge, none of which carries an invented number.
