Problem
Multiple pages reference 25+ years of experience, but this claim does not appear on the original queuenorth.com site. The original site says no specific number of years.
Affected locations:
This is similar to the Houghton, MI issue we already fixed - an unverified claim.
Decision needed
Severity
Medium - unverified claims on a business site can damage credibility
Confirmed by the owner via Null on 2026-09-10: the 25+ years claim is accurate and stays. No code change needed. Where it appears, so a future reader does not re-open this: src/pages/Home.jsx:182 (the '25+ Years Experience' trust chip) and its page description, src/pages/About.jsx:7 ('25+ years' / 'Communications and infrastructure experience') and :102, src/pages/Contact.jsx:181 ('25+ years of experience'), the footer bar, and index.html:12 and :15. Every instance frames it as experience except the home and template meta descriptions, which say '25+ years of proven reliability'; that phrasing reads as company age rather than team experience and was left as written, since the claim itself is confirmed. docs/planning/PROJECT_PLAN.md updated in the same pass: it listed this and the certification number as live unsubstantiated claims, and neither is one now.
